Cancellations

Please contact your original selling dealership to process your cancellation. Refunds will be sent from your dealership to your lender, unless your loan has been paid in full. Please click the cancellation from you need from the list below. In order for us to facilitate your cancellation in the least amount of time, please complete the form with your name, dealership name, vin, signature, date of purchase and cancel date. All other data will be completed by our cancellation department.

When you download the appropriate product cancellation form, you will have two choices. First, you may print the form on your desktop printer, fill in the necessary information by hand, and mail it to your dealership. Or, second, you may download the form and open it in an Adobe Reader. This will allow you to input or type the information requested directly into the form. Because not all computers will allow you to save the file in which case you will need to print it as soon as you have completed it. Before entering all the information, we recommend filling in your name and testing your computer’s ability to save it.

If you do not receive a refund from your original selling dealership within 90 days, you may call our Cancellation Department at 1-800-930-4633, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
